CREATE YOUR OWN BLANKS WITH A WHITE BACKGROUND!!!!!
This is a complete polyester sublimation coating system for coating (WOOD, FIBERGLASS, STONE, MARBLE, RAW CERAMICS, CONCRETE, CLAY (Along with
many other porous materials)
This system is made up of two products: our “White Base Coat” and our “Sublimation Coating” the
White Base Coating is designed especially for our Sublimation Coating.
Our White Base Coat is a white titanium pigment base coating (not a polyester coating) that can be sprayed, rolled, or brushed onto all of the above materials. After MONSTER MILK is applied, allow to cure for 12 hours, you can then apply MONSTER COAT, a polyester coating for sublimation transfers.
The second product is our Sublimation Coating: Our Sublimation Coating is a polyester coating designed just for the sublimation industry.
Our Sublimation Coating comes in an 8oz. bottle and a one gallon bottle. Sublimation Coating is made up of a very pure form of polyester. Just
think, Sublimation can now go on all of the things you couldn't sublimate before and without having to buy any blanks.
(Cigar box purses, Jewelry boxes, Music boxes, Skateboards, Tables, Plaques, Bats, Garden blocks, ceramics, Bricks, Etc, Etc).
Use our white base coat first, applying it on your object smooth and even. Allow to cure for 12 hours, then simply apply two very thin coats
of our clear POLYESTER sublimation coating. When done with these two steps, go ahead and make your SUBLIMATION TRANSFER.
To sublimate using our Sublimation Coating, simply apply 2 very thin coats on the object you want to sublimate, let cure for 4 hours. Then
sublimate using an evenly distributed heat-press at aprox. 400 degrees at a medium pressure for up to 2 minutes. (give or take according to your equipment)
This system will open all sorts of doors for you, in the world of sublimation.
MONSTER COAT and MONSTER MILK can be cleaned up with soap and water.
We ask that you practice with our coating on small items to get the right set up for your equipment.
